Basic Refund Policy
🧘♀️ Digital Services (e.g. coaching, programs, memberships)
All digital services, including coaching sessions and online programs, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and our service-based offerings, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or services have commenced.
We encourage all users to take advantage of any free trials or previews before purchasing.
📦 Physical Products
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty:

If approved, a replacement item or store credit will be issued.
🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If your product is approved for return due to damage or defect, we will replace it with the same item or issue store credit.
